I'm dying to know more!!!
I have to wait for that day when I can look back and laugh about it....it will be awhile....
When my kids were young,I remember being disappointed in the day as a whole (fighting, tension, etc). They do grow up and then Mother's Day is awesome. My kids did it up proud this year. They even reminisced on how I used to say the only thing I wanted for Mother's day was for them not to fight! Seasons...Love, Aunt Kris
it sounds like Kim may need to get more organized. they always seem to be surprised by those little events: birthday, anniversary, mother's day, Christmas. Hello! they come every year just like tax day and he wouldn't let that slide. Of course, I'm only guessing. I will just have to wait til the next quilting bee.
I've had a few of those Mother's Days. I'm not sure I'm ready to blog about them either! I did have a nice one this year. I guess you need to have stiches and a fluid filled stomach to get some pampering! (Although it's not worth it.)
I'm sorry you had a bad day. It is so hard being a mom sometimes, but just know that you are a wonderful mother!
